Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Orders handmade and are processed at least 3 to 5 buisness days after purchasing. 

Q: How will I know when my item is shipped?

A: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Q: What if I put in the wrong address?

A: Due to high volume orders, please check and confirm all shipping info is correct, once your product has been shipped unfortunately it can not be changed. 

Q: How Often should I apply oil to my scalp? 

A: Hair oil should be applied at least 3 to 5 times a week. 

Q: How to apply Hair Growth oil ?

A: Hair Growth oil should be applied directly to scalp. Massage in for about 5 minutes. Finish off by applying oil to hair strands as necessary. 

 Q: Is product tested on animals? 

A: Follicle Fertilizer is Cruelty-Free, All-Natural Eco Friendly. We do not test our product on animals, our company stand firm by this standard! 

 Q: Can I Return product after purchased?
